Services and prices
Four rungs of work
The prices are starting points and they are honest: the exact number depends on the size of your catalog, the state of the store, and how much work was already done before me. After a free audit I name a specific figure and a specific timeline — before you pay anything. If one particular thing hurts rather than the whole store, that is the same "Setup" rung, just a smaller scope.
The "Start" tier — a store in 7 days
The bottom rung: a new store, one market, one language, a theme from the platform's own gallery, a catalog of up to 100 products. One price for everyone, permanently — this is not a promotion and not a "first ten clients" offer.
What is included
- Domain and a published theme with cosmetic adjustments
- Products loaded from your price list
- Card payments and receipts
- CRM and shipping integrations
- Shipping and payment pages, transactional emails
- A launch checklist and handover of every access
Result
A store that takes orders and money, seven days from payment. The week is published day by day: my own work in it is about a day, the rest is your material and your signatures with the payment provider.
I take up to four launches a month.
$99 — one-time
When you need a different tier
Migrating an existing store, a catalog larger than a hundred products or a messy price list, non-standard logic, your own design — that is "Setup and automation" below. I will say so on the request, not after you pay.
1. Setup and automation
Launching a new store or migrating an existing one to Shopify or WooCommerce — so that you can switch the ads on the day after launch. And so that handling orders afterwards does not eat the owner's working day.
What is included
- Platform choice to suit your catalog and budget
- Catalog structure: categories, filters, attributes
- A product page template you are not embarrassed to show
- Products and customers migrated without losses
- Payments and checkout, receipts, tax handling
- Carriers, shipping rates and status updates
- CRM: orders, pipeline, statuses, reporting
- Marketplace sync and a product feed for Merchant Center
- Product descriptions across the whole catalog via LLM, AI in support
- GA4, Google Merchant Center and the Meta pixel — configured and verified
Result
A store that takes orders and money, reports data to analytics correctly, is ready for ads — and in which the routine is done by a machine rather than by hand.
Timeline: 3–6 weeks depending on the catalog.
from $5,000 — one-time
Smaller scope, smaller number
Not everyone needs the whole rung. Often one area hurts — catalog structure, checkout, the feed, a migration, analytics — and it can be closed in a few days. One task, one figure, one deadline, agreed before the start; an audit is not required for that.
And if you have 20 products and no steady orders, a self-serve launch on a hosted platform will do. I will tell you that at the audit, not after you pay.
2. Growth
Most stores rank for their own brand name and nothing else — which means paying for every customer through ads. This rung removes that dependency, and at full scope it means I take on the store's growth entirely: hiring a strong ecommerce lead costs several thousand a month plus taxes, and you still have to find one.
SEO and traffic
- Audit: indexing, duplicates, errors, speed
- Catalog structure against real demand
- Keyword research for categories, not for the homepage
- Price and availability in the form Google shows directly in the results
- AI-search visibility: so ChatGPT and Google have something to answer with about your product
- A monthly report: rankings, traffic, money
Running growth
- A quarterly plan: what we do and what we deliberately do not
- A weekly review of the numbers and decisions made on them
- Briefing contractors and checking their work
- Unit economics: where exactly the margin leaks
- Assortment and pricing based on data
from $3,000 — per month
Honest about timelines
First ranking movement: 4–8 weeks. Noticeable traffic: 4–6 months. Anyone promising "top rankings in a month" is selling you something else.
You stay the owner of the decisions — I bring options, arguments and the consequences of each. Minimum three months: over anything shorter there is simply nothing to show.
3. Support
A store does not stand still after launch: something breaks, something needs changing, something stops working after a platform update. Support means not having to find someone from scratch every time.
What is included
- Small edits and fixes without separate approvals each time
- Platform updates, and a check that everything still works afterwards
- Keeping an eye on analytics: events, goals, feeds
- A reply in the shared chat during working hours
How it works
Monthly, with no minimum term — you can switch it off whenever you like. Large jobs are not included: if the scope amounts to a separate piece of work, I will say so immediately and name a figure.
$99 — per month
When you do not need it
If you have your own developer, or a store on "Start" that has not picked up yet — do not take it. A subscription nobody uses is just another line in your costs.
Process
How we work
- AuditYou send your store's address. Within 48 hours you get a written breakdown with priorities. Free, no call.
- Conversation30 minutes: what hurts most out of the audit, what the goals for the quarter are, what budget is realistic.
- ProposalA specific scope of work, a figure and a timeline. One page, no "from" and no "up to".
- WorkA shared chat, a transparent task list, a report every two weeks with numbers rather than screenshots of activity.
Questions people ask most often
Are you an agency or a freelancer?
Neither. I work alone and take on a limited number of projects at a time — which is exactly why I know each store in detail. Where hands are needed (design, front-end, link building) I bring in vetted contractors and answer for their work to you myself.
You are in Lisbon. Is that a problem?
No. Work happens in a shared chat and a shared task list, and I am in European hours, which overlaps a full working day with the UK, the EU and the US East Coast. In ten years of building ecommerce products for Wehkamp, Leroy Merlin, Delhaize and GoPuff, none of it was in the same room.
Why are prices on the site when everyone else says "it depends"?
Because your time costs money. If the starting figure does not suit you, you find that out in ten seconds rather than after two calls and a brief.
A hosted platform sets a store up for a few hundred. Why $5,000?
For everything that sits outside the word "setup": catalog structure against real demand and SEO, tested payments and receipts, shipping with statuses and no manual work, analytics that counts money rather than visits, and a launch checklist. If a builder really is enough for your store, I will say so at the audit — go to them directly.
What if I do not like the audit?
Nothing happens — it is free and commits you to nothing. So you can judge the quality in advance, a real audit example is published on the site.
Do you guarantee results?
Nobody honest guarantees specific rankings or revenue — too many variables sit outside our control. I guarantee the scope of work, the timelines, and that every decision will be explained with numbers.
Do you work with stores that only sell on social media?
Yes, and those are often the most interesting cases: the audience and the sales exist, the infrastructure does not. We usually start with launching the store rather than with ads.
